About Will Owens
AT A GLANCE:
With more than 36 years of full-time real estate experience, Will Owens has built his career on integrity, market knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to serving his clients. As the Broker-in-Charge and owner of South Charlotte Properties, founded in 2004, Will specializes in residential, luxury, land, and development opportunities throughout the Charlotte metropolitan region, including South Charlotte, Marvin, Weddington, Waxhaw, and surrounding North and South Carolina communities.
Real estate has been a lifelong passion. Growing up in a real estate family, Will was inspired by his mother, a successful broker/owner in Arkansas, giving him an early appreciation for the industry and the importance of exceptional client service. He earned his North Carolina real estate license in 1990 and has since helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and developers successfully achieve their real estate goals.
Throughout his career, Will has developed extensive expertise in residential resale, new construction, land acquisition, investment properties, and development consulting. His in-depth understanding of local market trends, pricing strategies, negotiations, and community growth enables him to provide clients with informed guidance and creative solutions in every transaction.
Clients value Will’s honest communication, responsiveness, and calm, professional approach. Whether assisting a first-time homebuyer, marketing a luxury home, negotiating a complex land transaction, or helping a family relocate, he is committed to making every experience as seamless and rewarding as possible. His philosophy is simple: every client deserves knowledgeable representation, personalized service, and an advocate who always places their interests first.
Beyond real estate, Will has been actively involved in his community through planning and development initiatives, volunteer leadership, and local organizations. His knowledge of zoning, land use, and community planning provides an added level of expertise for clients considering development opportunities or significant real estate investments.
Will is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He and his wife, Sandra, have called Marvin home for more than two decades and enjoy serving the community they love. Together they have one daughter, Maddie.
Whether you are buying your first home, selling a property, relocating, investing, or exploring development opportunities, Will is dedicated to providing trusted advice, exceptional service, and results you can count on.
