William is a great Realtor. He has vast experience and knowledge handling all aspects of a real estate transaction. We had Will to sell our home and find us a home to purchase. When he sold our home, he got us $15,000 more than the listed price in 5 days on the market! During the inspection process, the buyer wanted a new roof. Will showed us that the inspection report stated hail damage to the roof and suggested we contact our homeowners insurance company since there had been a storm just one week prior. The insurance company covered our roof and we only paid our deductible to satify the buyer. When we purchased a home, Will was able to negotiate closing cost, home warranty and all pool equipment along with a $5000 under listed price purchase amount which is hard these days!
